Moore’s Innovation Adoption Rate theory refers to “the groups of organizations involved in the production and distribution of the technology” This theory is broken down into categories of “Old “, “New”, “Newer”.  The theory is that Moore believed in” Innovators whom are brave people that are very important when regarding communication. Next is early adopter which is opinion leader and respectable people. Following is early majority whom are thoughtful people who are more than willing to accept change. Then there are late majority which are skeptic people. Lastly are laggards which are people that are critical towards new ideas and will only accept a new idea if it becomes mainstream or traditional.”
